Argent 1

Some of the character design for the Teen Titan's TV series is actually quite good, in terms of its cleanness and distinct more modern sensitivity, and easy to recognize characters. An art thread on Argent in a different forum got me thinking, I don't particularly like how those characters are being rendered, and there are generally something about fan art done for cartoons such as this from time to times, its just a certain stylistic convention and a degree of rendering that I am looking for, but it isn't usually there.

Not that I am any better then other artist, but anyway.

However, I think it might be an interesting project to do basically make a modern design of certain Teen Titan characters base on the TV series designs, along the line of some of the other characters that i have done such as Starfire, raven and cyborg.

I don't particularly happy by how this one turn out though, I'll probably try to do another. However, it is basis of how I conceived the character. Really, I don't have all that much experience with Teen Titans, we stopped getting cable before I can watch a lot of it, but I watched a couple of episodes mainly revolving around the core members. >.>
